How it works
The portal pulls the placement from the ATS, an AI call compresses the job description into three core services so the contract fits on one screen, and one email goes to the hiring manager with a one-click approval link. The moment they click Accept, the portal writes the agreed charge rate, creates the billing contact if it doesn't exist, updates the placement status, notifies the contracts team and the consultant, and writes the audit note back into the ATS.
Australian on-cost rate maths (super, payroll tax, workers' comp, margin solved from gross margin %) is encoded, so the number on the contract is the number on the invoice.
